The mountain view villa had many spots to feel cozy, it was comfortable and luxurious. facilities for cooking and laundry were available. This makes it a perfect place for longer stays. the staff are helpful and accommodating with a well equipped gym and really good massages.

I noticed a smell of damp in the wine cellar. the turn down service was absent. butlers were not very attentive. the evening shift team seemed inexperienced and unsure how to service guests.

the breakfast and food tasted very good. I also appreciated the outdoor shower in the room alongside an indoor shower. i admired the lovely interior with very skilled staff members.
